Chef Joseph Elevado offers a menu that includes seasonal oysters with sushi ginger ‘salsa’, pork belly sliders with tomato jam on a brioche bun, an assortment of fries (pickle, truffle, sweet potato) and more. This is the place to get some new and exciting food and drinks while touring LA. Mixologist Stephanie Brown weaves the seasons into her cocktail menu, which features market fresh ingredients. Highlights include The Bitter Truth (elderflower liqueur, grapefruit, grapefruit bitters and champagne) and Love For Sale (Brokers gin, blackberry liqueur, vermouth, Peychaud’s bitters).
