Meet a Monster at the LACMA Halloween Ball
Costumes Welcomed on our Private Halloween Tour
Looking for something fun, something weird and something eerie to do on Halloween when you are visiting Los Angeles and Hollywood One of the best, most elegant, most extravagant parties is the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) Halloween Ball. This museum, which should be a daytime part of any travel itinerary in our grand city, hosts a wild masquerade evening on All Hallows Eve just for Angelenos (and friendly visitors). While an adults only event, the licentiousness of other Los Angeles events (we will write about them later) is not evident here though there are plenty of grownup libations available. Glamor, glitter and graciousness will greet you and make your evening splendid. With Academy Award winning costumers judging the contest and significant prizes being awarded our private Los Angeles tour guests deciding to attend will see incredible and amazing creatures and imaginary beings as well as authentic-looking historical figures and some very bizarre characters and horrific manifestations of the human persona (and not so human). Galleries will be open, too.
