The food truck trend caused more than a few restaurants to start turning out meals on wheels, but a couple of popular trucks have established brick-and-mortar eateries. Ice cream flavors such as mango saffron or brown butter with candied bacon are smooshed between cookies including ginger molasses and red velvet.
