Take Your Entourage to the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood
Our Private Los Angeles Tour Guides Love this Hotel
The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood is grand. We are talking movie star, television show grand. It should be renamed the Grand Roosevelt Hotel. Dominating the block of Hollywood Boulevard where it was built in 1927 this travelers’ destination offers all the amenities you could wish in a hip and happening hotel and is also central to everything going on in Hollywood. Attracting entertainment industry stars and professionals to its suites there is also the swimming pool where Marilyn Monroe posed for photographers during the two years she lived here. The recently remodeled pool has a David Hockney mural on its bottom. Off the lobby you can visit the Blossom Ballroom where the first Academy Awards ceremony was held in 1929. If you are a fan of the television series Entourage then you certainly recognize this lobby and the entrances to it. Young Hollywood (Robert Pattinson, Dev Patel and Lindsay Lohan have been seen there recently) inhabits the lobby nightclub Teddy’s every evening. If our private Los Angeles tour guests are not staying here at the Roosevelt Hotel then we will urge them to visit when we are sightseeing with them in Hollywood.
