Even Hollywood, old Hollywood, like the historic Roosevelt Hotel, has means for visitors in their lobby to keep up-to-date with competition at the London Olympics with the large screen television erected for the occasion. Just to the left and across the hallway is the Blossom Room where the first Academy Awards were hosted. This is a great comfortable lobby with a dining room and wine bar very near by. If you are visiting Hollywood for a night out be sure to drop in for a drink or just a sit and take the opportunity to root for your favorite world class athletes. Our luxury tour guests visiting Los Angeles enjoyed our stop here on their way over to see Grauman’s Chinese Theater, the newly-renamed Dolby Theater, the El Capitan Theater and the Egyptian Theater.
Here are our private luxury tour guests, the Saldukas family, visiting the Blossom Room inside the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. Why are they so impressed? This is where the first Academy Awards ceremony was held. Those light fixtures, that rug — ORIGINAL! Well, so we have been told by hotel staff members and we choose to believe it. Join us for a tour of historic Hollywood as well as Beverly Hills and Bel Air. We’ll show you amazing Los Angeles sights including celebrity homes, famous shops on Rodeo Drive, and special places where the movie stars are.
