A Private Tour in Los Angeles Can Start Early
As early as the sun rises. Even if the tour begins after breakfast we often find ourselves preparing for a custom luxury tour for our guests as the colorful morning light appears. Since we always have our digital SLR camera with us wherever we go we can catch sunrise views from upper story windows looking east to downtown Los Angeles (DTLA). We encourage our guests in Los Angeles for a private tour to plan their sightseeing excursion with us at any time that suits them – early for sunrise, late for sunset, even after dark for a look at Los Angeles that only Angelenos get to enjoy. We are ready to go when our guests are. That’s the beauty of a private custom tour. Not to mention door-to-door service. We handle all transportation even for helicopter, yacht or hiking tours.
Our Private Tour Starts Whenever
Our Guests are Ready
We are a luxury tour company that serves our guests 24/7. That’s right. We never close. We have posted here many times about our After Dark tours for guests who like to begin their tour late in the day or early in the evening and revel in Golden Hour as the sun sets. The lights coming on to illuminate our city are breathtaking. We also enjoy having our many private Los Angeles tour guests who like to rise before the sun and want to sightsee as the city awakens and has its first cup of coffee. Sunrise photos are equally as dramatic as sunset photos as you can see. You can clearly see Los Angeles City Hall, the pointy small tall building left of the rising sun. It was not really that long ago that it was the tallest building in the city. The tallest building today is the U.S. Bank building – but not for long. The Wilshire Grand Tower will soar a hundred feet higher in 2017. An excursion through downtown can take our guests to see all these architectural landmarks. The Disney Concert Hall is wondrous in the early sunshine.
Capturing the Sunrise at the Beach on a Private Los Angeles Tour
We often have our private tour guests out through sunset, especially in the summer when the sun is setting after 8:00 p.m. What we do not do that often, but really enjoy, is meeting up with our guests who want an early morning start (usually those just arrived from the east coast or Europe). Up and at ’em before first light means we can find perfect spots to capture the sun rising in the east and get some amazing photographs of unpopulated beaches, peaceful streets and empty tourist sites. Even more astounding is the quiet of the city at these times. Almost serene. This is the perfect time to watch the city come awake and to find a bakery with fresh-from-the-oven muffins and hot coffee to take with us as we begin our exploration of Los Angeles. The Santa Monica pier with the Palos Verdes peninsula in the background is seen above from the palisade. Now on to Beverly Hills and Hollywood for an extensive look at what makes Los Angeles the great city that it is.
